Terms of purchase
tickets purchased are only refundable in the case of canceled events or events with significant changes.
the right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of event tickets (the Distance Contracts Act does not apply).

If you have paid for your booking with a gift card or purchased your tickets at the Kulturhuset Stadsteatern box office, you will be contacted regarding your refund.
If you have paid your booking by invoice, your booking will be credited.

Kulturhuset City Theatre is responsible for notifying important changes to the event. Notification will be sent to the contact details provided at the time of purchase. The ticket buyer is responsible for providing correct contact details.
you can change your ticket to another event. However, you must do so at least 24 hours before the event. If you change your ticket to a more expensive one, you will pay the difference at the time of the change. If you change your ticket to a cheaper one, you will not get the difference back. If you bought a ticket under a special offer or a temporary discount, the change must be made via customer service and any difference will be paid by you, the ticket purchaser. If you have paid for your booking by invoice, you cannot cancel or reduce the number of tickets (not applicable to Table rental Comics Festival).

All event visitors must have a valid ticket.
Numbered tickets are valid for the seat indicated on the ticket.
Eligibility for any discount (e.g. student, pensioner) must be proven at the time of ticketing. See more info under ticket information..
The ticket is a valuable document. Lost tickets can only be replaced if you as the ticket purchaser have provided your name and contact details when booking/purchasing.
Tickets may not be transferred for commercial purposes (not applicable to Table rental Comics Festival).
If you are unable to attend an event, you are allowed to transfer the ticket to someone else. Please note that some price categories are associated with special conditions where ID, student card or stage pass is requested at the entrance, but in that case it is clearly stated on the ticket and on the website.
Tickets can be sent digitally to the ticket buyer or printed at our physical ticket offices.
Cameras, audio or video recording equipment may not be used during events. Exceptionally, single photos of the event from, for example, mobile phones are allowed if the organizer agrees and the event is not disturbed (not applicable to Table rental Comics Festival).
With this purchase for events produced together with Dagens Nyheter, I agree that Kulturhuset City Theatre Theatre may pass on personal data, in the form of e-mail, to the partner Dagens Nyheter in order for them to send a survey after the event (not applicable to Table rental Comics Festival).
Changes to the conditions
Kulturhuset City Theatre reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions. In the event of major changes, you will be informed in particular order and your consent will be obtained.
Force majeure
Kulturhuset Stadsteater's obligations in the terms of purchase, including responsibility for the execution of the event, including the ticket buyer's right to a refund, cease if the event is affected by a force majeure situation before or during the event. Force majeure situation means reasons beyond the reasonable control of Kulturhuset Stadsteater, for example and not exhaustively: war, riots, terrorism, major outbreaks, fire, floods, strikes, weather, national security orders or instructions from national or local authorities.
